Amway
\nPhilippines donated $55,000 (approximately \u20b13.2 million)<\/b> in cash, along
\nwith \u20b1334,575 worth of in-kind goods<\/b>, to the Philippine Red Cross<\/b>
\nto support the distribution of food, clean water, hygiene kits, and temporary
\nshelter for affected families.<\/p>\n

Ms.
\nLeni P. Olmedo, Country Manager of Amway Philippines<\/b>, shared what motivated the initiative.
\n\u201cOur purpose goes beyond business. When natural disasters strike, we stand with
\nour communities and do our part to help them recover.\u201d She also emphasized
\nAmway\u2019s confidence in the Philippine Red Cross: \u201cWe\u2019ve supported the Red Cross
\nfor over 20 years. We know how they work\u2014efficient, organized, always on the
\nground, and ensuring assistance actually reaches the citizens who need it
\nmost.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olmedo
\nadded that the impact Amway hopes to achieve goes beyond immediate relief. With
\nAmway distributors and customers located across the country, including areas
\nhit hard by Tino and Uwan, partnering with the Red Cross allows help to reach
\ncommunities where Amway people live and work. \u201cWherever our Amway Business
\nOwners (ABOs) and consumers are, we know Red Cross will be there too,\u201d she
\nshared. \u201cAnd in many cases, the products we donate or help make possible are
\nexactly what families desperately need during these times.\u201d<\/p>\n

This
\nrecent support builds on Amway\u2019s previous $15,000 (approximately \u20b1900,000)
\ndonation<\/b>, which aided families affected by the recent earthquakes. It also
\nreflects a shared belief between Amway and the Red Cross: a commitment to
\nimproving lives not only during disasters but through ongoing efforts that
\ncontribute to the betterment of society. With global trust and a long-standing
\ncollaboration, Amway continues to see the Red Cross as a reliable partner in
